What we do

It's quite simple really....while you're out, you need a reliable, trustworthy, compassionate human, to give your dog the enrichment, fresh air and new sniffs they crave. Northern Solo have got you covered. We offer 2 services: Our solo walks mean no packs, no car journeys and no stress; as we start our adventure from your front door. They can last 30 mins or 1 hour. Our small groups sessions (max 4) are catered to sociable dogs and take place in a safe and completely enclosed environment. Transport is comfortable, with soft surfaces and safety restraints for your peace of mind.
We are fully insured with a clear DBS, and character references are available. Canine first aid certified.
We also offer X2 daily visits for puppies under 6 months old. This consists of X2 25 min visits which is tailored to your dogs needs and can include garden breaks, a small walk, general clean up and feeding.

A little bit about our walks

A stimulated dog, is a happy dog. They love to sniff, and we love to let them. Mother earth provides the best snuffle mat in the form of grassy fields, and with permission, we can use this to let him scavenge for treats.

*Studies have shown sniffing makes dogs feel brighter, and using their noses regularly, makes them cheerful. Sniffing allows them to express normal, natural behaviour, therefore, improving their welfare and mood*
